Excellent read, beautiful images. I discovered Mughal miniature paintings after watching Civilizations on Netflix. So glad I purchased this book. Highly recommend adding to any art enthusiast library.

Catalogue d'exposition mais comme il est bien fait avec une iconographie parfaite et pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas l'histoire indienne de courts exposés qui clarifient tout.Bon ouvrage solide et de format convenable ,pas trop lourd! On peut acheter même en découverte.Les livres sur la peinture Pahari (plus chers hélas) sont le bon complément;Je n'évoque pas les ouvrages nombreux sur la peinture Mughal.ou les peintures du Radjastan.
