Measure yourself!
It's a faja. It does its job. It fits. The material is high quality it's a mixture of a couple. It's expensive but it's a post surgical garment. It's soft. It looks good, it's under clothes. I have a medium in this and it was fine, I got this one in a small and it was tight like they should be.

One thing keeping it from getting 5 stars
I used this garment for post liposuction on my waist. I love the ability to adjust the tightness by three rows of eyes for the hooks. The adjustment was diagonal and it didn't cut into my waist like the other one that had a zipper on the side. The hook/eye closure in the crotch region was handy but hard to open/close, so I only fastened the two that were on the outside edges and it made a huge difference. The one thing I disliked a lot was the strap adjustment hardware. It was right in my underarm area and very uncomfortable. If you can sew, I say get this garment and change the adjustment area so that it's closer to the area of where your bra slider might be.

Comfortable for all day wear
Comfortable compression for all day wear for post liposuction procedure, I bought two to switch out and they are still in good shape after wearing daily for 6 weeks. They have been washed numerous times (hung to dry). The compression has held up well. Make sure you read the size chart and if you are between sizes- size up. It has 3 different choices for closure to make it tighter or looser.

Not great, but ok for home use
This is uncomfortable, and the hooks in the crotch are difficult to navigate every time you have to pee, but it has a nice shape for a compression garment. Within one night of wearing it, my swelling from tummy tuck went way down. I wouldn't wear this immediately post-op because it's too difficult. But I'm week 3 and it's ok. Also, the compression on the butt is unflattering under pants, making your thighs bulge out.

Rubs everywhere
I bought this as a post surgery compression garment. While there is actually not a ton of actual compression (it has no panels of compression, it’s just tight) the inner leg area rubs so much to the point where it feels like it’s cutting into my leg crease. Also straps do not stay in place after adjustment. It just falls back down and rubs horribly on the arm crease/armpit area. It’s like nothing is in the right spot to do it’s job. I have been resting and it is causing pain. Save your money.
