Oliology Coconut Oil Beach Wave Sea Salt Mist Spray - Creates Volume and Tousled Waves, Texture and Style that Lasts All Day (8 Oz)

I have curly hair and this stuff is amazing! Just a quick couple of sprays and my curls are bouncy and beautiful! Smells great too!

I initially used this while in the shower, but now I use it after I wash my hair. I have started forgoing conditioner and just spray this on instead before blow drying. It works great. I have fine, thin, color treated hair and it makes it very soft and full. It doesn't take much either. Also if I spray it on after a shower and let it air dry, it definitely gives me that just out of the ocean look my hair gets when i go to the beach (i have a relatively strong natural wave in my hair, but not curly.) It has also helped with the psoriasis patches on my scalp. I'll spray it on and leave in for about 30 minutes before I wash it.

This product is great. It doesn't dry out your hail and leaves curls looking hydrated without the oily look. The smell is beachy and not to strong. Keeps the frizz at bay without looking like you didn't wash your hair for days

Not even a real product. This product was scented water. I have this product which I bought in stores, and this liquid is a dark color and a thick texture. What I received was an UNSEALED bottle of scented water. There was not even a cap over the spray nozzle.

The scent is nice it gives your hair a nice healthy shine and does not weigh down my hair or feel super stiff so that is great.

This, unfortunately, didn’t have much effect at all on my fine, straight, flat hair. Bummer! It added maybe a *tiny smidge* of volume/body, but that’s about it. The smell is nice though! It seems this product is likely best suited for those who have at least SOME inherent texture and/or body to their hair (which I, sadly, do not).I tried it a couple ways: first on towel-dried and then brushed hair (scrunched in as much as possible), then on towel-dried and non-brushed hair (hoping to keep a bit of the messy texture alive). My hair just has no body or texture, and after it was completely dry, there was really no discernible difference with using this product.The photos here show my best attempt, when I applied it to my unkempt/nonbrushed hair, tried to scrunch and tousle, and even clipped it messily up for a bit while it dried. As you can see in the photos, still no beachy waves or texture at all.I never tried it with paired blow drying, as that always makes my hair even straighter. And I never used it with other products (or curling), as my hope was that this could take the place of heat or styling products. That doesn’t seem to be the case.Looks like it’s worked great for those who have a little something to work with naturally, but probably not intended for hair like mine I suppose. I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it to those with my hair type.

First of all, I love this brand. I've been using the Oliology coconut oil dry mist for over a year now and I've only bought one bottle! I use it for everything, my hair, my legs after I shave, my eyelashes overnight, even dry patches on my face. It's heaven in a bottle. So when I saw this in my suggestions I figured I should try it out and my god I'm so glad I did. Not only is it ridiculously affordable but it works! My hair is very hard to work with because one side is wavy and voluminous and the other side is straight and flat looking. I've tried scrunching my hair with all sorts of products but it usually just falls flat once my hair completely dries. I received this today so I decided to use it with my dry mist spray after I showered. The first thing I noticed is that it made my hair feel really light and airy, so the product didn't weight it down at all. I didn't noticed a change in my waves at first but as it dries, it's slowly becoming more and more wavy even on the side of my head that's usually so blah. In the picture you can see which side is less wavy but keep in mind that that side is usually pin straight. I was very light with the application just because I wasn't sure about how the product would settle on my hair but I think I'm going to use more next time to get extra volume. I absolutely love this product and the Oliology line. I highly recommend them to everyone.
