Ideal for a minor repair.
Just the ticket to effect a simple repair to an exterior low voltage light inset into a soffit. The original bezel had come off & gone astray at some stage making it difficult to keep a replacement LED GU4 (MR11) lamp in the fixture. I could have replaced the whole light fitting however, even though it is supposed to be spring loaded, it had rusted solidly into place & I risked breaking the whole soffit open in order to remove it. By using this bezel as a replacement (stuck down with exterior white silicon) the lamp can be held in the fitting with a standard wire retaining clip as originally intended.

Light holder thingy
Handy to for new lights in older holes. Couldn’t find a light to fit the old downlighter hole. This made the job easy and looks good seems to be a good quality material.

Time and money saver
Superb product, if like me you have older style down lights which have a large cut out in the ceiling, this allows you to buy a new style led light from screw fix or similar and install it without having to re plaster or modify the ceiling in any way.

Perfect
Perfect for retrofit down lights that are smaller than existing holes and need sonething to support the new bezel over old holes. Just make sure you get the right size.

Not worth it
They are just cheap cut out acrylic sheet. Also, if you use the measurements of your light fitting and order that size, they will be useless as they don't cover any wider an area than the original light base. They don't even fit over the back of the light fitting... Then it'll cost you to return them, so it's not worth the hassle
