This product only surprised me because im pessimistic by default. It arrived in pristine, unblemished, completely perfect condition. I couldn't believe it. I was like its gotta be the battery then. so ive tested it out for a week at work using it for work as a driver, and it performs very similarly in terms of battery life to my previous phone which was brand new before i busted the screen on it and had to get this one. For some context, I've never paid 1000 bucks for a flagship phone. This was the first time i got a chance to see what owning a flagship top of the line phone is like. And im gonna be real honest about the fact that it is effing awesome on every level. Top of the line everything all included on my phone that i take everywhere. It's like a gamer's quality-of-life update that improves your actual life. If the sun is out hard this damn screen is so bright it makes no difference, i can still see everything at full brightness unlike my previous samsung A53 which did the job but the brightness was hot garbage. The camera is so good i dont even know where to begin. All i can say is even though i might never pay full price for a flagship phone, owning one is sooooooooo nice. even this old thing that looks brand spanking new and works like new too. I couldn't be happier about this purchase. Your phone stays with you everywhere you go, and you can have a crappy phone or one like this, or even the newest model of it too. Im probably never going to settle for less than this quality from now on since a phone is such an everyday necessity and since it improves the quality of your life this much. I love it. Really glad i pulled trigger on this one - even though you gotta hedge your expectations when looking at a refurbished product, but i trust Amazon's assessment that it is excellent quality, and i dont regret trusting them for it. Feels like a 1000 dollar phone for $270

I’m very happy with this phone. It arrived in great condition, was easy to set up, and everything works smoothly. The screen is bright, the camera takes amazing photos, and the battery lasts all day. It feels fast and reliable, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great smartphone.

Nothing but problems from the beginning. I do a lot of phone repairs so I figured even if there are issues with it being "renewed", I can fix them myself. I was very wrong. Out of the box, the screen wouldn't work correctly while charging. It would randomly touch or swipe until you unplug it. I opened it up and replaced the charging port hoping that would fix it but no. While it was open, I saw that over half the screws inside were missing or in the wrong place. But the most concerning part: one screw had come loose and was pushing against the battery! It was already inflating so I replaced the battery right then and there. Another issue: the screen would occasionally become covered in static for a few frames during use. Due to this issue and the charging issue, I though maybe a replacement screen would fix both. It did not, and that turned out to be yet another waste of money into this endless pit of a device. Every single part in the phone is terrible. The aftermarket cameras are worthless, the motherboard is horribly glitchy and slow, the speakers sound awful, the original screen was terrible, and the antennae are constantly losing connection (eventually I was no longer able to receive calls at all!). Less than a year into ownership this phone is going into the garbage. I should've gotten a new A-series phone instead of this.

This phone still feels like a top-tier flagship even years later. The display is gorgeous, performance is fast, and the camera system is still one of the best in its class. Battery life holds up well, and getting this level of hardware at a renewed price makes it an incredible deal. The Phantom Black finish also looks clean and premium. For $250, it’s honestly hard to beat. Feels like you’re getting way more than you paid for.

El Samsung S21 Ultra es un excelente smartphone. La pantalla tiene una calidad impresionante, con colores vivos y una gran fluidez. La cámara toma fotos y videos espectaculares, incluso de noche, y el zoom es de los mejores que he probado. El rendimiento es rápido y permite ejecutar varias aplicaciones sin problemas. Finally pulled the trigger on getting a new phone. I used to use a Galaxy S8 (what I used to take the pictures) and it held together for a good 5 years. However time and wear had taken it's toll. Battery lasting 8-10 hours with light use, a few cracks to the screen, you get the idea. I decided to keep with Samsung as I rarely is ever have issues with them. I had an LG Stylo for less than a week before I went with the S8 after my S6. Found this deal. Advertised as 'Renewed - Excellent', and I knew what quality that would be as that's what my S8 was when I picked it up. So I went a little over budget to pay that premium. It wasn't quite worth it. Pros : Battery seems to be great, lasts about as long as the first ads for the S21 Ultra when it first dropped. It's now day 4 since I decided to test the battery and keep it off the charger. With light use, I'm still at 39%. The fingerprint scanner hasn't given me an issue yet, Audio quality on calls and playing music is better than I was expecting to be honest. The 5G is a lot better than the 4G I was at with my previous phone. The camera is working pretty well, though the 100x is a bit too blurry, but at 50x, for example, it's definitely usable. Screen quality still lives up to the hype, though I still need to tinker with the phone settings as the color seems a bit oversaturated. And, for a user of Boost Mobile, this has been the fastest switchover from phone to phone I've ever had. No calling in, no visiting a physical store, not even punching some numbers into an internet portal, just literally took the SIM from my S8, slid it into the new phone, and in seconds I was active. Even the Boost Mobile site had the updated phone information already registered. Cons: Here's where my praise kind of ends. As I said, it's not in Excellent condition. There are two noticeable scratches on the screen. On mid way up the phone from left to center that I can see at arm's length, and one in the lower right quadrant that I can see when the light hits it just right. At lest you can't see them with the screen on. Man, those two hard to get clear images of. I might not have noticed them if I didn't remove the ill-fitting screen protector with plans to replace it. There's some deformation in the bottom right corner as if that's where they used a metal tool to pry up the old screen. It's not sharp, but you definitely notice if you run your finger over it. The charge port is deformed as well. Slight bend on the rear side towards the front. Not enough to interfere with plugging it in, but it's there. And speaking of ill-fitting protections, the camera were covered with a piece of tape. Even after I removed it, it took more than a little work to clean off the adhesive that was left behind. They seller was 'nice' enough to include a cable and charger. The cable is a sub-standard 4 wire USB-A to USB-C. At least the data lines were connected so I could get SOME use out of it, but no chance of any change plugging it into a USB 3.0 port, as opposed to USB 2.0. The charger itself was a basic 5 volt 2.1 amp mini brick. I'm glad I already had the proper charger and cable so I could get the proper charging speed. So understand that you might not get what's advertised. According to Amazon's own policies, this should have been 'Renewed - Acceptable' at best. That $40 difference, from sellers providing the same, I could have put toward a case, proper screen protector, and maybe even a charge/cable bundle. Definitely not worth the full price I paid.

El teléfono impecable está al 100 lo que si recomiendo es comprar su cargador original el que es genérico como dice el vendedor, en mi caso me duró muy poco el cargador , pero el teléfono sigue al 100%

Escribo desde el mismo equipo y todo marcha bien, o al menos así lo parecía, el procesador, la carga rápida, la pantalla, todo se ve espectacular, el problema llega al momento de intentar tomar una foto, ya sea en modo selfi o con la cámara principal, este se crashea y se reinicia, en la pantalla aparecen unas franjas de colores, al momento de reiniciarse el equipo todo vuelve a la normalidad hasta el momento de volver a intentar tomar otra foto. Esto se ha repetido en todos los intentos q he hecho y la verdad no quería hacer esto pero me veo en la necesidad de devolver el equipo para poder pedir otro, espero puedan enviar uno funcional. GRACIAS
