Yes! I am a 5'11" woman with a broad swimmer's back and a 36D chest -- I got the XL, and it fits great. If you don't have a chest, I think it will still be flattering (the arm holes aren't gaping). The softly flared skirt hangs nicely without being too clingy. And it has pockets!! Who doesn't love pockets?!
