They are less expensive than The brand-name patches. Plus , They stay warm longer than Other patches I’ve used. They get quite hot.If you’re older ( like me) with thinner skin, use caution if you are going to sleep with patch . Leaving on too long may cause a skin irritation, I’ve used these patches for several years and that only happened to me one timeI highly recommend for back, and hip pain.They also provide Additional body heatIn winter

Works better/longer than us brand
I’ve had problems with American made heat pads where they get really hot and burn out quickly. I even sent a box back after speaking to customer service. A few weeks later, I got my original box back and they didn’t even replace the used ones. It hurts to say this, but save your dollars and buy Chinese!

It doesn't last forever but it gets cold very fast
I got these to use for my sciatica on a 1400 mile flight. They get cold fast but they don't last all that long, but for a fairly short flight they help a lot.

I started a timer as soon as I opened the package, and stuck it on my back. Took a bit of time to get nice and hot (not too hot or uncomfortable, but decently warm for sure), but once it got going it easily lasted 10 1/2 hours and was still going. If you're considering buying these, buy them.

This product is terrible. Will not warm. I have tried everything and can't get them to warm. I am a School Nurse and every student I have given them to has complained. I have had to put them in the microwave to get them to warm up. Never will buy again and wasted money on these that I have.
