These are the most incredible bowls I’ve ever used. I love that they have the beautiful silicone wraps on them and that you can put them in the microwave with them on and it doesn’t even melt them like less expensive ones do. So why do I love these beautiful bowls:• They have a nice size and they are perfect for cooking, reheating, freezing in the freezer (although you need to let them get to room temperature before using them straight out of the freezer), and holding generous portions of leftovers.• The beautiful pink cashmere silicone wrap. Genius idea and concept to make it easier to remove from the microwave without burning your hands or fingers. They are wrapped perfectly around the bowl and stay on no matter what you are using them for. Excellent design concept here as well.• Can’t forget the snap on lids that lock into place also having a silicone seal which helps so much whether cooking or taking them with you to work for lunch. These beautiful snap on lids are four clicks and sealed and they do not leak which is a much loved bonus.•The glass is the perfect weight so that it is easily used for seniors and those with disabilities or lifting issues and that’s a nice feature to have the perfect weight of glass bowls that can be used by everyone.• And of course the price is excellent for these beautiful bowls. So much so that I find myself ordering them over and over again because they make my life better whether I’m cooking or grilling or simply microwaving leftovers these bowls are fantastic and I definitely will be ordering more. They come in a variety of colors and sizes but for me personally I find this size fits all my needs the best.•Negatives - None! I have not found one single thing about these beautiful bowls that would be a negative. They are just carefully thought out and designed to make cooking or freezing or whatever you use for all kinds of kitchen needs easier and more convenient and useful.Overall thoughts - I would absolutely recommend these bowls to everyone for having checked all the right features one needs for their cooking or freezing or refrigerating needs. Definitely a 10/10 for me!! Outstanding quality, colors, design features, storage is perfect and great for meal prep and taking your food to work without fears of it leaking. All in all, a fantastic piece that I love having in my kitchen.

This is a good size for leftovers from family meals! We have the older version and the newer version and I appreciate the little tab to help get the cover off with the newer version because it seals very strongly! We also really like the silicone sleeve, it protects the glass bowl well, and when my teen dropped one of our containers, I believe it helped absorb some of the impact and the shatter was minimal and easier to clean up.

The perfect size for BIG salads! Doesn't leak and easy to clean!

Ello may be more expensive than other brands on Amazon but they are worth every single penny! They properly package glass items, unlike some cheaper sellers, and the product is high quality. I received some Ello food storage as a gift a couple years ago & they're still in pristine condition. These containers are perfect for batching soup, and I imagine the bowl lid would be great for fitting solids as well.

I love the Ello brand. However, on this product, what is disappointing is that the rubber sleeve comes off and doesn't stay on. The directions included say to never take it off. It actually comes off on it's own. It is still usable and a very good product. I do recommend it. I actually bought another version (7-cup) without the rubber sleeve and love it.

The lid seals really REALLY well and can be difficult to remove which I personally like about it due to knowing the food is as air tight as can be, the color is bright and vibrant which I loveI don't have to worry about burning my hands when using it either which is a major plus I always worry about dropping glass bowls when using oven mitts since it becomes slippery but the rubber lining on the outside solves that problem really well

Just what I needed for my lettuce. The size/storage is perfect for lettuce. I like the silicone cover but don’t really need it for lettuce. I could see it would be handy if you were going to microwave something, but not for lettuce size bowl. The color is nice, but would prefer a muted color. It was pack carefully and arrived quickly. I would recommend.

Great size. Great for leftovers. Dishwasher safe. I got 5 packaged well. I use it constantly. My butter finger family hasn't broken it yet, lol.
