Couldn't get the brand I had been using for years and was nervous about changing brands and changing to a liquid. It's actually easier to use. The neckband was well sealed, it's alcohol free and the dropper is marked 25/50/75/100 ml. I started with 25 as I like to use the least necessary, and use additional when needed

I wanted it to work…
Taking senna to relieve constipation caused by pain meds. Switched to this product because it’s less sugar and has no preservatives/additives. Tried it for three days and it didn’t help. Had to go back to sickening sweet senna syrup for relief. I’m so disappointed. I really wished it worked for me.
