Working pH probe
Product came in a sealed box with a working pH probe

Accurate reading.
When I first started using the meter every time I took a reading I had to calibrate the probes each time I used it, now I keep the probe in the aquarium on a permanent basis it saves a small fortune on buying calibration powder and distilled water, also gives a more accurate reading than the coloured chart type of tests.

Dodgey
Doesn't work properly, keeps freezing. Screen malfunctions. Can't seem to get a replacement. Probe broke very quickly. Bought a replacement. Realised the unit was dodgy too. Waste of money. Would like a refund.

Easy to calibrate. Reliably consistent
The first unit I purchased had a faulty probe which was disappointing but worked perfectly with a new probe. I have since bought two more units and all three are installed in different locations. All perform very well. The device calibrates easily. Response time is good. The display is easy to read and can be backlit. The device is compact and easily installed. I would recommend this device for its design, performance and price.

Happy with this unit. It wasn't factory calibrated, but since calibration, it's been rock solid. Would recommend.

Could not calibrate, did not work
This item did not work. I was unable to calibrate to ph 7.0 or 10.0. Every time I tried to increase the value it would reach 4.5 but then automatically drop to 3.5. Would not go higher than 4.5. Same value displayed when the ph probe was detached from the unit. Had to return it. Waste of time and money.

I’ve had this for about 2 years and still works like it’s brand new. Temperature is on point and very accurate with the pH. Battery life is great and this product is very durable. I highly recommend!
