Jetec 32 Pack 2.4" PVC Pipe Clips Cover Clamp, for 1/2 Inch PVC Pipe, White

A super strong wind will pop them off the 1/2'' pvc pipe on my hoop frame here and there but all in all these are really good at keeping it on. We have had 50mph winds and it kept it on. Really good idea someone came up with when they made these. The green is nice because on the white fabric cover cloth you can see them. Really happy we bought them, in fact I liked them so much I bought another set.

These 1/2 inch clamps work very well for holding plastic to my (cold frame) greenhouse. You can easily remove the plastic for the next year. Some will break and they will get brittle with time but it's still a good option over other ideas. I had some very windy days and it held up for me. I haven't had much snow so I can't comment on that. I found another use for my needs. I have a watering system for one of my vegetable gardens. It's made of 1/2 inch PVC pipe that I drilled holes in to allow the water to get the base of my plants without wetting leaves and areas where the water is wasted. When I need to close the water on one or two plants on a specific line, I snap on a clamp to cover the hole. Just twist it and the water comes out again. Just wish they were a little less $$.

I bought these black ABS ones before this that were WAY TOO "CLAMPY". These work for exactly what I wanted them to. Now... IRONICALLY, I don't know if I'd trust them for Greenhouse clamps, pool clamps or where AIR won't get under your plastic/tarp I think they'll do just fine, but I live in a VERY WINDY area, and they were snapping off. Once I had my first scoop of leaves in the bag, PERFECT. The bag wasn't going anywhere, the wind couldn't get under it, made cleaning up the yard a dream. These are quite flexible and can go larger than Schedule 40 1in. Maybe up to Schedule 40 1.5in at most, but then you're surly compromising the clamp force. Though their flexibleness made it super nice when I had to remove them to retrieve the bag, since I could next them inside of each other to keep track of them. For my use case, this couldn't have been better. For most people... JOB DEPENDENT... Since it can clamp, but it's moderate to strong. Like those ABS ones I'd give a solid 10 for clamp for Schedule 40 1IN PVC pipes, I had to slide it off. For these... 7 out of 10, it will hold it down, and a lot of applications will yield success, but there is a real risk, as I saw with them popping off. Also, much like the ABS ones, they don't slide around easily, since I bought a whole role of RUBBER GRIP TAPE, thinking I needed to complement these with the grip tape on the PVC, plastic bag over grip tape then clamp over plastic bag. NOPE.

These work perfectly with PVC pipe. The clips snap in place firmly and are easy to remove when needed. I use these with PVC pipe and bird netting over my blueberry bushes. I have tried several different types of clips but these are easily the best. I have purchased a second set so I can use these exclusively.

Overall, the size matches. (Be sure and confirm pipe size before ordering.) The negatives are they do get brittle in the sun after a few years. If you're securing a large mesh, cover, or netting, the larger the section, the easier the clips pop off. I had to add zip ties around mine. After about 3 years, they are brittle and need replacement. The concept works well, durability and strength could be better.

These pipe clips are sturdy and reliable for securing pool covers, tarps, or other outdoor materials. The PVC material feels strong enough to handle outdoor conditions like wind and sun without cracking easily. The 32-piece pack is great value and gives you plenty of extras for larger pool covers or backup replacements. They snap on firmly and hold covers in place without slipping. Overall, a practical and affordable solution if you need dependable clamps for pool or outdoor use.

Out of the box and in 10 seconds had my fist raised be clipped and rock it goodnight. Wow at first use they snap perfectly onto the 40% shade cloth onto the 1/2 PVC like advertised amazingly happy.

They popped off and would not stay on. Look for metal clips if you are in the hot desert.

Used on a hoop house I built out of electrical conduit. Holding well so far this summer.

Selbst bei Sturm hielt das Vlies, was ich über meine Tomaten damit gespannt hatte, bombenfest! Die Klemmen sind leicht anzubringen und ohne weiteres wieder zu entfernen. Ich kann diese Klemmen nur weiterempfehlen!
