I read some of the reveiws on this and.... Idk what yall were doing wrong but This thing is AMAZING! My kitty is INSANE with baths! it's been totally impossible to give my cat a bath for the last year or more, since she's not a little baby kitten anymore. but i can finally bathe my crazy kitty without her being able to thrash around and mauling me like last time i tried to bathe her... I had NO problems with her getting choked by the bag or almost drowning herself.... The only issues i have with it are 1-it's hard to get all of her hair shampooed really good, because she's got medium- long hair and obviously the bag gets in the way; and 2- my kitty got fleas from a friend's dog recently, and i only saw a few of them get washed away, so im sure the bag made it easy for most of them to jump right back into her coat because the water couldn't wash them out of the bag. But for simple bathing- this thing is totally perfect! The bag is surprisingly sturdy against her kitty razors. I didn't have to keep a grip on the handle or on her scruff for the most part. I put her in the bathtub BEFORE plugging the drain and letting it fill up so she could do all her thrashing around before the water was deep. Once she realized she couldn't get out of the bag, and that thrashing just made her even more uncomfortable- she stopped trying to thrash around and just let it happen- with a whole mess of growling, bitching, and complaining, mind you - but after the bathtub drained and i turned the the water back on so i could use the shower head to rinse her off, she tried to thrash around for a little bit again. But she gave up even faster when she realized it was still futile. Rinsing her was easy, i could lift her whole body with only the handle on the top of the bag (and no, she wasn't at risk of being choked out) to rinse underneath her. Getting her out of the bag was a small hassle, because she wanted to go through the head hole, but holding her by the scruff made that a bit easier. Honestly the most difficult part of bathing her this time was attempting to towel her off a bit - because by then i had removed her from the bag. I do have one question about the stuff that came wig the bag... the glove and blindfold are pretty obvious. But there are two little blue plastic hook shaped things with one end that looks kinda like the split end of a hammer head... Yeah.... what are those things and what are they for?

Although I feel like my cat truly thought I was torturing her and was plotting against me the entire time, the “hammock” worked okay. I’m sure if she were any bigger, she would have not fit. We barely got her squeezed in there and it was difficult as all get out to make sure she was nice and scrubbed up. But we got her clean without her shredding us or anything else. It was another small feat to get her out of there, but again…accomplished. For the price, I can’t complain because it worked for what we needed it for. Our cat is only a little over a year old, and a little on the fluffier side. So if you’ve got a “larger” cat, maybe check sizing before ordering. I did not use the “muzzle” on her because that just seemed a little much for me. And the scrubber mitt is pointless if you’re using the hammock to give the cat a bath. But they enjoy it as a little “brush” afterwards.

CRAP!! This product is a joke. The bag ripped 5 mins in, the other items that came with it are just as poor quality. Do NOT recommend to anyone. I wished I could get my money back because this was a waste of my time and money. If I could give it NO STARS I would.

Really nice mix of grooming products for your cats! The bag is nice for the bath but isn't great for cutting nails. There is only one zipper slot on one side so getting the paw on the other side is hard. The back of the bag has a paracord pull system which is great and not great at the same time. The hood is also too big for all my cats (ranging from weights 5lbs-14lbs) but does the job. The little grips in the nail clippers also fell out but I'm not surprised. Products feel a little cheap but you get what you pay for. Despite all that, I actually am pleased with the products I got. My cats love the hand brush, the nail clippers are sharp and cut well, and the bag is great for restraining cats during bath time.

it was super easy getting my cat in the bag, i did cut her murder mittens before the bath and didn’t have high hopes for the bag, but the material was actually really thick and nice and she couldn’t get thru. so here we go, the bath started out i filled the bathtub up a little put her in and she freaks out, she’s a cat so the obvious. i read reviews before using and i made sure to keep a tight grip around the neck strap since that’s where most reviewers said things went wrong. so as i was bathing she was doing quite good but it was time to drain the soapy water, she waited her 5 minutes, it’s time to rinse. she hears that water running and starts freaking out i still have a grip on her neck area but her tiny foot escapes thru and next thing i know half of my cats body is stuck in the head part.. i freak out, i remember hearing a cat won’t put its body thru if it knows it won’t fit but she is NOT getting thru and her face is smashing into the water at this point i am panicking for my husband and he comes in and holds her while i go get scissors. the material went thru fine but the part where the string go thru was super tough and maybe it was me crying and my cat crying or the scissors but it felt like it took forever to get thru. anyways we got her out and she was super freaked out and crying a lot i was scared she hurt her leg or i cut her from no room for the scissors…. anyways, good product, i mean the beginning went realllly well. but use with caution and maybe keep scissors near by

Wow. What a great product to help trim blobs of hair from my cats rearend. She is getting older and does a bad job of removing the hair by herself. I was always hesitant to do the job because of gnashing teeth and wild claws always finding my skin no matter what gloves I wore. The product came in a short amount of time and was just as advertised. I am no longer worried about injury to myself or the cat when I have to do some trimming. Great product! I recommend having at least two people when using it to restrict the cats movements.

the idea is great. i used it twice so far, two different cats. first was fine she freaked a little and i noticed the cinch ties loosen really easily with pressure so you do need to keep an eye on them and keep them tight. maybe if that was updated to something more heavy duty i would give it more stars. 2nd cat was a lot more strong and even though i trimmed his nails first, he still made several tears in the fabric. it probably wont last many more baths with him. maybe adding some type of paw covers would help the fabric last longer. definitely make sure your cats claws are well trimmed and filed so they aren’t sharp at all before attempting a bath. and be VERY VERY careful with the face covering because even though they are labeled as breathable, a cat can still easily get suffocated if the fabric gets even a little wet and soapy.

I originally got this for my now late kitty Moki. She was the eldest of my 3 cats. She didn’t do well with bath time, nail trimming, bathroom area shaving. She would fight, claw, bite and jump every time it came time to getting her claws trimmed and bathed. I had to shave her bathroom area due to her being incontinent as she got older. Using the bath bag, she would struggle at first but once secured she would calm down and even fall asleep purring when I used the bath bag to shave her, wash her back paws, or trim her claws. She was still not a fan when it came to baths but she couldn’t claw or jump out of the bath tub. I used this on my neighbors rescue kitten as well because he was covered in dirt and some dog drool, their oldest dog tried grooming him like he was a puppy. He was very terrified of bath time and the bath bag was quite a bit bigger than he is so it took careful adjustments to ensure he wouldn’t hurt himself. He did wonderfully with the bath bag and only got his front legs out twice but once he was done, towel dried and hair dryer used on low heat he was happy soft and clean. They are planning on getting 2 bath bags due to having now 2 cats so it is a wonderful investment. I have 2 cats now and my younger one doesn’t do well with claw trimming and bath time so it’s still in active use.
