Night Vision Headmount Assembly for AN/PVS-7 B/D, AN/PVS-14, 6015, 6010, PVS-18 NVG NVD

Military grade head harness! Great product if you’re looking for a head harness for your night vision device. I used a sight marker ghost hunter monocular with a J arm NVG swing arm and it works great.

It’s a little wonky but for the price point it’s a good buy. Just make sure you already have a J mount as this doesn’t come with one.

Super tight fit...I know my head isn't THAT big, even with the thinnest shim...still a very tight fit.

Seems like a cheap alternative, only if the mount will fit the goggles. Wasn’t the case with me and I couldn’t find a affordable adapter.

I was looking for the PVS 7a mount didn’t work but it was what was advertised.

May not fit J-arm, very low quality in all regards. No teeth on adjustor. Thin nylon straps with 1x uneven stitch. Low quality plastics. May be suitable for childs role playing or light use in airsoft. Will not last long.

So there is definitely wiggle I assume people who can't fit there pvs 7 on this just don't know how to attach it but dam this thing definitely gets the name scull crusher for a reason speed run migraines with this thing it hits all the pressure points just right to make you wanna puke after 30 min under it I do have a large head so this may effect me differently then a smaller headed person but definitely run a bump or kevilar if you can or save up even a airsoft modle wold be more comfortable. now that I'm done complaining for 40 ish bucks this is a fantastic deal for a hands free military grade nvg mount rhino mounts costing in the 70 range and still needing a helmet ect

It's tight, uncomfortable, and there's a reason it's called a "skull crusher". However, it makes an acceptable backup to a helmet mount if you can't afford a Crye Nightcap or going for a very specific retro aesthetic.

Bought this to use it with an old surplus pvs7 I had picked up. Works well enough though it must be noted that you can't swivel it up out of the way, so when you don't want to use the nvg you will have to detach it. It can be had for cheaper from the US but since they don't allow even nvg accessories to be shipped out this is the most readily available option on Amazon India .If one is willing to spend more, I say get a clone fast helmet with the nvg mounting point and one can opt for nvg mounts from china, ebay works well. I recommend getting the aluminium machined ones going for about 9-10,000 rupees range as they are very sturdy..the cheaper 2-3000 rs rhino nvg mounts on Amazon India are just for airsoft larping and fall apart almost instantly.
