These are so easy to use and the best energy gels I’ve bought so far for my long runs. Definitely a must have for half marathons/marathons.

Good flavor, texture, and viscosity. Not too thick, easy to swallow while running. Recommended.

Favorite gel and now the only one I use for long runs. I've ran 9 marathons and these are my holy grail. I used them for Boston this year and will never go back to the other ones. They are are more like a drink then something you have to choke down and seem to work quicker and longer than regular gels. They also don't sit in my stomach like a lump like a lot of gels do. I've tried all different kinds and these work lightyears better than any others.

These gels do get absorbed very quickly and help me from bonking with 22g of carbs without spiking your sugar and IMO do perform better than something like a Stinger Energy Gel that has 24g of carbs but 48% of that comes from added sugar. So here is where science vs practicality comes in since SIS Gels are simply bigger servings and take more room in your pockets and come out to $1.89 per serving in most cases which simply isn't amazing. Then factor in that the flavors of these are alright but they are more like the essence of flavor than anything substantial and the texture is simply gross and would be akin to eating goop maybe? Granted no one is eating gels for pleasure and on performance yeah SIS is 9/10, price 6/10, and taste and texture 4/10.

Bought this as nutrition for long runs. Taste is okay, not more. The gel is more on the liquid-y side, which is nice (compared to gels like GU, Sponser etc), and it does the job. The packaging is tall, so not very convenient to carry (compared to gels like GU), and also not very convenient to consume (used to tear my lips a bit due to its width).

Do 5 stelle piene perché, alla fine dei conti, quello che conta di più è il risultato e questo gel a base di elettroliti fa il suo lavoro in modo eccezionale. Durante l'attività la carica energetica si sente.Devo essere onesto sul sapore: deve piacere, perché per i miei gusti alcune varianti sono un po' stomachevoli e difficili da deglutire. So bene che formulare prodotti con elettroliti non è semplice e tutto non si può avere, ma visto che l'efficacia è da dieci e lode, il prodotto merita assolutamente il massimo dei voti. Consigliato a chi cerca prestazioni al top! Ma l'azienda deve cercare di rendere il sapore più gradevole o cambiare gusti.

Was able to sustain a high pace for 4 hours with these. They are awesome! I don't have any particular favorite flavour. They are all ok.
