Love the mat, it is of very sturdy and quality material, much less expensive than some of the mats but nothing less of a quality buy. Would recommend!

Been using everyday for two weeks. I use an Apple Watch and really pay attention to the sleep score and the quality of that sleep to gauge my rest. I sleep well in general, but, I don’t get enough deep sleep, and that is a big concern for me. As a daughter and granddaughter of persons with Alzheimer’s knowing that sleep and deep sleep are just one of many areas to actively prioritize. I’ve been working on ways to increase that percentage. I never drink caffeine, don’t eat late, etc. significant increase from day 1 for deep sleep and rem sleep. Talking going from an average of 30-40 minutes deep sleep to well over an hour. I am not going lie, that was exciting for me as this is something I’ve been working on for years. Hoping this continues on this path and not just temporary response and that my body may acclimate. Unclear if that will be the case. The first two days. It was holy heck for the first 2-3 minutes. And then deep breathed and relaxed right into it. After the 1st week, the coverage in beginning but almost enjoying. The area by tailbone and just below are terribly sensitive. At the very bottom sometime it’s just too much and I’ll put a pillowcase recover that last row of pressure points. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice now, and thought I’m the beginning that the reviewers that mentioned they were full of it and there is no way to fall asleep on this torture device lol. But apparently not, since I totally have too. So first 3 days I was able to do 15 minutes, and then from there are on, I have done a minimum of 20 minutes. I’ll update in a few months if I sleep a change in the deepness and quality of my sleep, meaning if it reverts to not enough. Fingers crossed it continues to provide a channel for lengthy deep sleep.
