Easy bro use for beginners more storage

Can't get it to work on my iPhone 15Plus
I have used the iXpand drive for years on my iPhone that had the lightening connector. When I got a new iPhone with the C connector, I upgraded to the iXpand luxe drive, but the iPhone won't recognize the drive and now I have no easy way to get my pictures off my phone and onto my computer. I also cannot find anywhere that will help me with this problem, plus the iXpand tech support person is too hard to understand because his English is fractured. Not happy.

Doesn't work with my iPad Pro 12.9" 6 generation
Doesn't work with my iPad Pro 12.9" 6 generation , but does work with my iPhone 14 Max Pro. This was very disappointing. When is someone going to develope devices which work with Apple products.
