Packaging - is there print on box that says: fda / osha / ppe compliant for covid / respiratory virus protection?

I did not see any of that and wished I had looked more closely. For myself, I would not and do not trust theses masks too protect from anything. I will say that if these masks had any of that on the container it would be very misleading. I believe I could actually read through them they are that thin.

Can you verify that the nose band is metal? Or is it plastic?

It appears to be metal. The mask bends to conform to the nose shape, but not quite as securely as other masks of this type in my opinion.
