This is very good
Since I've been taking this I've noticed my sleep has been better. Just follow the instructions on the package, I warm mine up a tad to me it's very cinnamony but you have to dilute per the instructions, I like the taste but I like cinnamon. No side effects, nice cinnamon scent. There's no texture because it's liquid. So far it's a go for me I'll definitely reorder again.
