Not sure what the negative reviewers experienced with this product but I took the risk and bought it anyway and am so happy with it. No issues whatsoever with the pump or leaking or any other issue. Looks very modern, matte and perfectly stone colored. Works very well with my wabi sabi design.

If you want a pretty soap dispenser, buy this. But if you want a dispenser that makes a huge mess of the counter top because it leaks after use, buy this.

I ordered the "Magnet" color of the Blomus Soap Dispenser, Ceramic, Plastic, Silicone on January 6, 2021 and again on February 27, 2021, because I really liked the first order's quality, appearance, and color. They worked great for both hand soap and Palm Olive dish soap. The only complaint was that the "Magnet" color of the second order was not the same "dark gray" as the "Magnet" color of the first order. It was a much paler shade of gray.

LOVE the design, really modern and elegant! Unfortunately one of our first guests broke it by picking it up by the top, which is only suctioned to the bottom, and it smashed in the shower.Loved it so much though that I bought a replacement!

Love the look and actual feel of this item, but it broke 10 months in and can't pump soap out. Blomus should spend more time on making sure their products work long-term, as well as on designing items that look nice.

It looked great in my remodeled modern guest bathroom. But one of the plastic bits in the top broke off, which is essential for it to function. And it was in the guest bath, so not a lot of use. My reusable soap dispensers from Target are going strong 5 years in. Very disappointing

Bought two of these last May and was so excited to get them. Unfortunately, after about a month only one of them works. For some reason the head on one lost suction or something because no matter how much pump or how much soap is in there nothing comes out. It’s like pumping air? Would love for nothing more than for them to send me a new one especially given the cost associated with these items. Here’s to hoping!

This was purchased for a newly-remodeled Butler's Pantry, and it looks great in the space. We wanted something modern and fun, and this takes care of it. The dispenser seems to work well - we haven't had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. It is sturdy and balanced. We're happy with this purchase.
