I'm so over traditional swimming caps! They're so hard to put on and take off.. they snag my hair, fall off while I swim, and it's not like they even keep my hair dry! This swimming cap alleviates all the issues I have with old ones! I can easily tuck in hair that falls out, it's not constantly pulling on two hairs that I didn't place right. And there isn't a weird bloop bloop bloop as the water enters the cap. The whole point of these things is to protect my hair and this one gets the job done right! I'm going to look dumb doing laps in the pool anyway- this might as well make things more functional!

I was pleasantly surprised by this cap. I hate not wearing a swim cap, but silicone and latex caps have caused excessive breakage to my fragile hair. Not wearing a cap leaves hair in my face and the damage caused by the water friction. I tried this on a whim. I’ve only worn it once, but I swam 3 miles freestyle and it didn’t budge. It stayed on snugly and never once slipped up or snagged my hair. It was fairly easy to put on compared to traditional caps. My only concern is that maybe the elastic will stretch out too quickly, so I’m hoping I’m proven wrong and that this cap will last for a while.For those complaining that your hair still gets wet, I’m honestly laughing. Your hair is NOT supposed to stay dry under any cap. That isn’t the purpose of a swim cap.

I don’t wear this alone as it slips off my head. I however do put this on each time I swim under my silicone swim cap to keep the silicone cap from pulling out my hair edges when I remove it.

Comfortable and effective. Not too tight, not at all loose, room for long hair, doesn't pull hair when putting it on or taking it off, and seems good as new after 100 half hour swims. What more could I ask for?

Disappointed. Too small. The text read sized for men women and children. Did not cover my ears and I have an average sized head, otherwise wonderful quality, Not worth the trouble of return at $7.00 dollars. I’ll pass it onto a teen swim club.

So as others noted, these swim caps are NOT meant to keep your hair dry, even in the way your average cap would, which is only partial to begin with. I do highly recommend them because they are very comfortable to wear, sufficiently roomy, and will not pull your hair when you put them on or remove them. For me, this was key as both my children (7y, 11y) have longer hair and we could braid/bun and tuck hair into this cap with no discomfort. As to sizing, I would buy these for kids age 5 to adults.
