Lift and Go Dog Lead, X-Large, Red

This product potentially could be exactly what I need to assist my disabled pet to stand and walk. The padded straps and harness seem to be well designed and relatively flat so my pet can wear it continuously without heavy hardware and padding being "lumpy" beneath her when she is lying down/sleeping. This design improves both front an dback of most other designs except the climbing/backpacking version. In the front the chest pad does not rise up into the neck area to dig into my pet's trachea during forward assist lifting. In the back, the padded straps fit around the thighs rather than under the belly to afford comfortable and proper hindquarter lift support without compressing the internal organs. The plastic clip together fittings are cheaply constructed and would not past or be easily replaceable if this harness were to be removed and replaced daily or often. Since our pet will wear this for the rest of her life, the only potential failure could occur due to lift-assist of her entire body weight - 67 lbs - which we don't intend relying on this harness to accomplish. I have returned this package, ordered the next larger size in the blind, and contacted the Seller. Sadly, after several hours of research and weeks of trying three previous designs, we shall now wait for the Return and Reorder process to complete and hope that the replacement fits suitably if not completely properly.

This made helping my boy walk so much easier and for those on a tight budget, it's the best option.There is another very similar product that I do like better, but this gets the job done for a fraction of the price. If your dogs situation is temporary and you will only need this for a short period of time, then this product is great.If your dogs condition is months and months or a lifetime, another brand called Easy Up is much better for you and your dog.

The Total Pet Health Lift and Go Dog Harness and Hip Lift is wonderful!! Our 14 yr old Rottie is no longer steady when getting up or walking and she wears it pretty much all of the time now. It has a soft fleece lining on both the harness and the lift as well as padded leg straps. I don't think she even knows she is wearing it, it is that comfortable.This X-Large was purchased for our German Shepherd, our Rottie wears a Large. It is true to size. Highly recommended for the dog with limited mobility!

Overall, happy with the product, my only issue is the straps do not stay tight in the clips. After a couple of minutes of use, they become loose, especially the front two.

Just one side of the back leg loosens and falls to his foot and falls when his legs are real bad. To correct it just need to sew it together to in place. Works well to assist with standing him when need too.I like it alot

The straps on this harness do not stay adjusted. They loosen right away. I had to get them adjusted the way I wanted and then use zip ties to keep them from loosening. The rear straps will also slip down on the dogs legs and make it harder for them to try to stand. Another zip tie between the two leg straps near the dogs tail helps this, but I really shouldn’t have to use 7 zip ties to get this product to work correctly. Shopping for a better harness right now.

Have a very large dog who has knee issues and had trouble getting in and out of vehicle and doing steps. This allowed me to assist in getting her in and out, up and down steps. They are well constructed with the proper padding with handles Front and back which are reinforced to lift and control with little discomfort. The strap is very useful.

Ordered size L -states it will fit chest size 28-49". My dog has a 32" chest and the straps would not come close to being long enough to fity around her chest. Returned Item.

Very disappointed in this product. The mechanisms for tightening are sewn on backwards and do not stay in place. Vet had try to adjust, so we ended up cutting them off to put on the correct way. Even with putting them the correct way, they do not stay in place and now just fall off.Not recommend this product and am in search of other.

Muy bueno, fácil de poner. A mi bóxer Macho le quedó súper bien. Es bueno que se agarre de sus muslos así no le aprieta su vejiga.
