I have very problematic skin, it is both oily and dry, sensitive and resilient, in short, it is an absolute nightmare to find skincare products that work for me. I often find that "sensitive" products are not strong enough to have any effect on my redness or blemishes and "Intense" protects cause my skin to burn and make matters a thousand times worse. It is safe to say that I have spent a fortune on skincare over the past few years.So I was very sceptical when I decided to try this treatment, it made a lot of promises that other products have done before, so I wasn't holding my breath. However, after 2 weeks of use I can honestly say that this stuff is pure magic. I have used it exactly as directed, dabbing a little onto undamaged skin where a spot has formed and in most cases the redness is practically gone and the spot healed over night, 2 nights tops. I can honestly say that I am blown away by how effective it is and with no dry skin or other adverse side effects.For the amount that you use I can see this bottle lasting well over a year which is fantastic value for money. It has become a must have in my skincare routine and when it does eventually run out I will absolutely be purchasing more.The ONLY downside I have found so far, is that you need to apply it with a cotton bud dipped to the bottom of the bottle (to reach the pink stuff through the clear fluid) and my cotton buds are just a little bit too short so it is a little tricky to get down there, I'm not sure if I just have short buds but if the bottle were a little shorter that would be wonderful :)All in all though, this is a fantastic product for those of us with problematic skin prone to breakouts and I highly recommend it.PROs- Brilliant and reducing spot size and redness- Great for sensitive skin- Will last for agesCon's- Bottle a little too long for cotton bud ease of access

My daughter absolutely love this one, she has been struggling with spots and acne for long time and this one is so far the best product she tried. I'm not saying that it cleared completely but made a massive visible difference and she keeps using it.

I’m in my mid 40s and suddenly started getting breakouts on my chin. I’ve used clean and clear previously and it’s ok but came across this and thought why not. It’s miraculous! Make sure you give the bottle a good shake then apply the lotion to the spots (it’s a bit like camomile lotion for chicken pox!) the next day the spots had vanished! You feel a mild tingle and it smells nice and clinical. I’ve already recommended ot to loads of friends. And it will last ages as you get a lot in the bottle. Quick delivery too. Very pleased with this purchase.

When I first used it, it was amazing. I followed instructions, I didn't shake it, I used a reusable cotton swap to apply it, all went well. My cystic acne and spot was reduced the next day.I suggest putting it on quite a while before you sleep as the pink solution can brush off easy.After two months though it doesn't seems to take effect. I have been using this frequently due to acne and spots etc, but I still have a large quantity left. Does this only last one month? I should like to think it should not.I really hoped this would be my new solution to reduce spot swelling, and it is still the best I tried, but I don't want to buy a new one each month when it is still full...I do recommend it, it did work

I never ever write reviews but I am so impressed with this product that I had to write this one.I've always had occasional sore spots all through life and I used to use a topical solution by Liz Earle. This dried out the spot and helped it get better over a few days but I ran out of my solution and couldn't find anymore on t'internet.This spot lotion is next level though. I've just turned 52, am peri-menopausal and I do get the occasional spot. I felt one coming up on Wednesday so I ordered this lotion and as soon as I applied it and slept on it, I can honestly say it has disappeared with no consequences. I just wish I could have got hold of this when I was a teenager in the 80's.

Second order as product works however, received my delivery and product has spilled everywhere in its packaging and it’s crusted around the cap. Looks used. I’m not happy as this is quite expensive

I have tried a huge amount of different products to help with the cystic acne I get from the start of menopause. Some things help for once or twice then seem to loose their effect.Enter this treatment!Once you feel that spot appearing just a dab over night stops it growning. In my experience the spot will reduce in size over night or stop it from growing any larger. It's so nice to be pain free from large cysts and not having to cover them with make up all day and beginning to feel confident in my own skin again.
