Does this fit a GTI 2016 ?

I don’t know, if you have a 2.5” pipe it will, look it up on google what size pipe the GTI’s have. These have a 2.5” inlet and a 3.5” output. They need to be welded on also.

i have a 2014 accord sport, will this be able to be fitted with a 2.25 inlet diameter?

I am afraid not. This one is 2.5 Inch Inlet diameter. And it will only fit for tailpipe with 2.5 inch outlet diameter.
