GREAT RICE ALTERNATIVE!!
I just started using this grain and really like it. I have used products from this company and never disappointed. Wanted a substitute for rice that was more nutritious and I found this. It’s bland but when you add herbs and seasonings, it makes a delicious side dish. It’s great for breakfast with added fruit, maple syrup and Almond or Coconut Milk. Can be added to most foods for a protein boost of 9 grams per one fourth cup. I just re-ordered another bag. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Taste and Health Benefits
The media could not be loaded. Tastes very good and fresh. I eat this sometimes instead of regular oatmeal and love it. I cook it on the stove top with milk and the texture comes out really nice if you’re seeking something different. The grains are very small you need to get a very tight sieve to rinse before cooking. And it’s got a lot of health benefits too. It’s value for money, this is the only brand I’ve tried although it’s not in the original packaging. I’m not disappointed and will buy again.

Fresh and tasty.
I add this to bread and it gives the finished product a nice little crunch.

Makes great bird food
I was looking for a low cost alternative to bird food and saw this. The birds in my backyard loved it so much that they emptied the bird feeder in record time. :) They like it even better than the millet that is marketed for pet birds.

Birdies like them
Bought these for my birdies. They like them. I would guess about 20% of the bag is crumbs too small for the birds to pick up with their beak so I sift them out first before serving. If was going to cook and eat them myself I would probably do the same to avoid mushy millet. I already bought a second package so yes, I would recommend them,

It's OK.
It's a good quality grain, tastes fine, once you figure out the grain to water ratio, b/c the pkg. doesn't say. It can be microwaved for shorter than 20 mins. on the burner, but like oatmeal, the water still boils up & over... It's better if i make a 1-cup batch in a large container & add milk to keep it from clumping. Other than that, it tastes fine, but more work than i want to do for just one breakfast. I just like millet, but usually i just buy puffed b/c it's simple.
