This works great. Put it on my lawn tractor. I got tired of pulling my car into the yard when I got stuck. I have found many more uses for my extra hand, pulling large logs on to the wagon, throw it over a beam to lift stuff.

I been wanting a winch for my Honda Pioneer 700 for along time. I got this 4500Lb one for what most sellers want for a 2500Lb winch. Super Heavy Duty, the instructions are not great but not too hard to figure out. The heavy cables supplied are good to hook winch to Solenoid but go ahead and measure and plan on buying longer cables to go from solenoid to Battery. I bought some 48” battery cables and cut the post end off and crimped copper lug terminals on battery end and they worked great! The Wireless Remote Control is super convenient and even came with batteries for it. It also comes with a wired control switch that I am going to hook up for a backup just in case the Remote Batteries were to go dead. I will try to upload some pictures of it later. I would buy this Winch again and highly recommend it!

The synthetic line melted with use. Did not stand up to the friction. Winch pulls well. Easy in and out with it disengaged. Winch good, line not so much. Remote is awesome. Install is easy enough.

While the price is nice, I was very disappointed to listen to very noisy gears as I pushed the button the first time. The retailer was initially unclear as to even if they had one of these to ship. It was listed as: in stock ships in one day. Shortly after placing the order and receiving the std shipping notice I received another notice about “out of stock”. I initially said to cancel the order if it can’t be filled and asked what the true status was and eventually found out the vendor had pulled a unit form their “ebay” line. It did finally arrive but a bit slower then expected. At that point I hooked up power just to make sure it even worked. I Own several winches. Even another Chinese winch. This unit has far and away the noisiest gear train I’ve ever heard. I disassembled it to see if something was wrong and it appears the manufacturer didn’t think much grease was needed in the gear train (photos). The lightest of surface coating was on about 1/2 the gears! I added grease and installed a zirt fitting for future lube and its better but still noisier then I’d like. Next time lll just get a small Warn like I should have in the first place. Not much more $ and a much better product. We’ll see how this one lasts. I don’t have high confidence.Btw: I’ve spent so much time just trying to get this unit working that I’ve yet to test the remote. Nice feature but if the rest is C$&p what is the point of it being wireless?

So I haven’t had to pull anything, but I guess like the saying goes: it’s better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it.I did have to install the winch in an offset position on my Kandi 4p but it will work. The provided plate won’t work on a Kandi 4P

I have not installed this winch, but I really like how it looks. Due to health reasons, it will be a week or so before I can install it. But I give it 5 stars except for ease of installation. The bag of hardware (Nuts and bolts) had split open, and several bolts, nut and washers were scattered inside the box. In checking the parts, I determined that a couple of bolts, washers, and nuts were missing. As there was no listing of how many hardware pieces that were supposed to be in the package, I reduced my evaluation by 1 star. Once I complete installation and loading check, I will come back and re-evaluate my review. I am really disappointed that I was not able to speak with CSR or at least leave a message.UPDATE: After attempting to contact the X-Bull company customer service department for 2 and 1/2 hours, I have decided to return the winch to Amazon. The hours for their CS dept start at 0730-500. It appears that the Customer Service department has a lot to learn. I got a message to leave a message then received a message that said the mailbox was full. After about 30 minutes, I called again. This time I got a message that no one answered, and my call was being disconnected.2nd update. I received a reply from the sales department (NO NAME) that advised that I could contact them and purchase the missing hardware. I answered them by saying Thank you for your reply. The ideal that a customer is expected to purchase missing hardware when it should be included is crazy. It would appear that their customer service department isn't concerned about after sales service. As a result, I have re-evaluated their service and deducted another star. At least they did reply to my emails. This evaluation is based upon my personal experiences with this company and only reflects my opinion of their customer service department or the lack of satisfactory customer service. Amazon provided excellent service.
