Purchased these for our glow in the dark party in our hotel room and the kids though it was a great idea.All the sticks worked well and were lit brightly. Kids had fun for a cheap price. The kids really enjoyed making the glasses and spheres with the added materials that come with the sticks.The connectors didn’t always work too well holding the sticks together when you made braclets, but it’s a minor thing. Overall the kids enjoyed running around in the room with the glow sticks.They glowed brightly for several hours.

Prices on Amazon fluctuate, but when I bought them they were a GREAT deal and may verywell still be. So I'll let you in on a little secret. They are NOT just for kids! Seriously! I am 35 and still love them. Last weekend I brought these out at a camping trip with my cousins(age 28-35). There were eight of us and 7 of us had fun with them!(one guy has zero whimsy) A few weeks ago I brought some out at the tale end of a wedding reception when the "fun" people were still dancing. Everybody had a blast with them! The bride and groom even made a point to thanks me the next day. I even used to take these to backyard band parties in college. Essentially, these add to a festive nighttime atmosphere every time! Oh, there is one other variable to consider: Alcohol has always been involved so I cannot attest to how well these would be received by sober adults. ;)

They were super fun and my party had a blast with them, you could put them together into sunglasses and that was super fun!!! One pair of glasses, the heart pair, caused a cut in my nose. But the glow sticks were on for the next two days. Great deal absolutely

This was a hit for Halloween this evening! Even though there many not so bright glow sticks (the reason i gave 4 stars) we had enough bright glow sticks for our small group of four children and 3 adults. All the children and one adult had a glow stick beach ball. There was enough glow stick eye glasses and bracelets for our whole crew too! Many people asked if I was selling them since I was making all the toys when the children started their trick-or-treat journey. 🤣Word of caution. Hopefully it was just my sticks that were so sensitive but you need to be careful not to bounce the sticks so hard against anything. I was kneeling down to get something and the canister hit the rug perpendicular and many glow sticks got activated. I was quite surprised since the fall was very short and light.

So this game I play has glow sticks in it. For months, I have randomly thrown said virtual glow sticks at a gaming friend when she least expected it. I held off doing it for about a month then ordered these to be delivered to her. I love that amazon alerts me when the package gets delivered. I invited her to a chat. She immediately started swearing at me as her 3 year old started throwing glow sticks at her. Best money I have spent in years.

I bought these 2 years ago because I thought I would run out of the glow sticks that I had to give out on Halloween. But I did not so I never even opened these and I put them away in my "Halloween" storage tubs.I pulled them out this year to use and surprisingly they worked! Every one I cracked worked. And the best part? Some of them are still glowing two days later!We didn't get that many kids this year due to Covid, so back in the storage tub they will go until next year. I have no doubt they will glow then as well.

There are a lot of 8" glow sticks included in this kit, including a lot of pieces to make special shapes and glasses. There are 7 colors: yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, red (pinkish red), and orange. There were most of yellow and orange, followed by pink and green. There were least of the purple (looks light pink before snapped) and blue (looks clear before snapped). Adults can wear the glasses but they don't stay on as well as they stay on people with smaller heads (the legs barely reach adult ears). The 8" glow sticks allow flexibility to make bracelets, necklaces, headbands, or whatever else you want to make. I highly recommend.
