I have had horrible sinus infections where I cant breathe, cough constantly amd cant sleep. When I started taking.this daily I am relieved from these symtoms.

I put a few droppers in my diffuser and breathe them in. It makes sense that if you're breathing in allergies why not breathe in the product. It really works, you should try it. BTW, it doesn't taste very good. That's why I put it in the diffuser.
