This tasted amazing! It came intact and not leaking (unlike my tahini of the same brand). I never had sprouted nut butter before, I think it makes it more digestible and nutritious? I tried it by putting some on a split date and added flaky salt and it was the perfect snack/dessert!

We bought this pumpkin seed butter as an alternative to peanut butter due to food sensitivities, and it’s been a great find. The texture is smooth and spreadable, not gritty, and the flavor is mild and slightly nutty without being overpowering. It works well on toast, mixed into oatmeal, or straight off the spoon. Delicious. Spreads easy and not runny

It’s really good and natural tasting. However I find it overpriced for such a small plastic jar. Will try my best to make my own pumpkin seed butter next time.

This is a healthy alternative spread to nut butters. And it’s lower in histamine which is a concern of mine, and It’s easily spreadable even straight from the refrigerator. I usually add a shake of salt to it myself which brings out the flavor.
