Nice little freezer
It’s a nice little freezer and cooled quickly. I followed the instructions to wait 24 hours after receiving before plugging it in and leave the temp on the preset temp of 4 before adjusting...so far so good.. I purchased it because sometimes there are meat shortages at my local store and some meat plants across the country are closing due to COVID-19 cases among their workers. Just don’t want to be without food. I don’t to want to hoard, just prepared.

Good quality freezer.
The freezer is of great quality. It is just that we needed a bigger freezer. It was too small for us.I also find the service (shipping and follow-up) very good.

Looks good so far
Just set it up so I will add stars or remove stars after it's been hooked up a few hours. One thing to not there are no temperature dial in the freezer though the information packet says there should be. Other than that it looks good.

Not enough room in my refrigerator freezer so this was perfect...

Attractive and works well
It was packed well and light enough for me to slide into my garage. It is attractive (stainless steel) and so far does what it is supposed to do. The one I got matches the photos at Amazon. E.g. control knob is inside the freezer like in the photo, not in the back which the Amazon description indicates. Note that it is not the Kismile brand, but an Antarctic freezer.Frost is building fairly quickly at the top behind the middle of the seal. However, I cannot see any physical defect.Update after having it for a while: I am happy I got it. The frost build up is less of an issue than I thought it would be. One must expect any freezer that is not self defrosting to build up some frost and require occasional manual defrosting. Keeps the food frozen.

Very Happy With Freezer
Sorry, folks, I left the wrong feedback to this company. I have since deleted it.We received the freezer in a timely manner despite the outbreak of COVID19. The freezer was packaged nicely. We let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in per instructions. It works quite well. I wish they had a small freezer that was frost-free as the ice has built up and I will have to defrost. But, that should be the least of my worries! Right???Thank you for your freezer.
