great product. as a mechanic and post college baseball player this is a must for dexterity. i also play a lot of computer games and anyone with a desk job needs this to save themselves from wrist and forearm wear and tear. people say its too firm but they have other resistance types, its not just this one.

Too small
My own daughter couldn’t even put her fingers in this. Needless to say my 250 pound husband couldn’t do a single thing with it! Needs to be more stretchy and have larger finger holes option

don't buy this
the foam rubber is too firm and not elastic enough to be useful for any therapeutic purpose. The elastic rubber band is not very elastic. The whole thing is just lousy garbage and shouldn't be sold. I returned it immediately
