This set is great. It came in a very nice box that we've just put in our drawer to help keep everything organized.The aerator works really well. It bubbles a makes a weird sound but the wine comes out noticably different tasting. It's also really easy to clean, just doing the same with water. We've left it out overnight, fearing the holes would clog with wine debris, but just some more warm water and it was all good.The vacuum pump was also very easy to use. It makes a sound that changes when the air pressure has changed. So you know when to stop pumping. The little corks do a good job of keeping the seal and the wine definitely stayed fresh for a few days. All around this is just what we needed, and not the stuff that everyone has in their bar so it'd make a really great gift idea.

I bought this kit as a present for myself and I finally got to use it a couple of weeks ago with a good Italian Chianti. The aerator worked great and helped taking the acidic edge off the bottled wine. I then used the preserver set to maintain the wine we didn't drink and it helped keeping it fesh for a few more days.

I'm truly amazed at how well the vacuum stoppers work, it by far exceeds my expectations. The decanter works well enough, however it isn't the cleanest process, especially the couple drips between it and returning it to its base.VACUUM SAVER PUMP & STOPPERS + Easy to use and fast. + Stoppers seal standard bottles very well. I can store bottles sideways on a cellar rack for days with no leakage. + Keeps wine fresh for days. There is a satisfying pop when removing the stopper, reassuring the storage quality. + I can now jump between different wines without worrying about waste. Perfect. - No negatives yet. Just need more stoppers.DECANTER + Works fairly well to aerate the wine. I've noticed an improvement on some of the more aromatic red blends. More effective than just using a decanter. - Difficult to judge pour quantity, since you pour straight through instead holding it in a traditional decanter. Also, not really a decanter as wine is poured through instead of decanted. - Drips a bit after the pour. Goes without saying it should be only used in the kitchen or at the bar as opposed to at a table.The stoppers and pump are well worth it and the included box is rather nice storage piece. I highly recommend.

I had never used one of these before. It definitely improved the flavor of the wine, and the bottle pump kept the wine tasting good several days. I never would have kept a bottle going more than 2 days, three tops before this pump.

Excellent aerator. Sure observed a great difference in taste - likeable taste and pleasant experience!As far as the stoppers, yet to learn pumping out the air from bottle. But the kit is really all I needed in one box.

I am not a big wine drinker or know much about wine, but I do like this set very much. I only like to drink one glass of wine in the evening and often not every day so this really meets my needs.
