Its a pretty traditional style steriliser and I trust this way more than the plug in versions. Just make sure your microwave is big enough, as it is quite large and I doubt would fit a smaller one. Ours is 900w

This is way better than the browns one we were using, wish we bought this earlier. We fit 7 full size bottles in here. We put the white rubber ring and teat inside the bottle, and the top and base together. It sterilises perfectly. Well worth the money and it is strong sturdy plastic with two trays.
