Does it turn pages back as well as forward?

page turner just can forward ,no page back, remote two button all next page . replace your hand .

What is the returns policy on this item, should it not work as some reviews have stated?

I’ve never had a problem with mine. It’s such a great idea, because I know what page I’m on now. It beats my thumb moving the pages , then having to flick backwards and forwards to find something I recognised. Press buttons, you might get it working.

Does it work on the new kindle oasis with physical buttons
