After doing a ton of research and comparing waterproof, heated mattress toppers, I decided this was the one… and boy was I RIGHT. I have poor circulation and have lived in the Midwest where winter temps get as low as -40°F, so trust me when I say this thing is a life saver.You don’t feel the wires at all once you put your fitted sheet over it. The attached remotes make it easy to use, and I like that this product has the option to heat each side of the bed at different temperatures. I’ve been using this for about 2 years now and would recommend to everyone.

This is an outstanding product. Works better then ever expected. You have up to 10 heat setting and also has a timer. I used to run a heater at night in the bedroom. Having this heated mattress pad had eliminated the need for the heater.I would give this product easily a 12 star rating out of 10.

Purchased this item a year ago. I love it! The control is terrific to set the the heat level and timer for how long one would want the heat on. It is so easy to wash and dry unlike a heating blanket. This is a great product.

Needed a waterproof, heated mattress pad. Worked at first very well. Purchased in October 2024. In January (when this was written), I received a small blister on my left shoulder that turned out to be a burn from the mattress pad. Luckily it did not start a fire. I was pretty peeved at this. I sent an E-mail to the company and received no answer. Was getting ready to escalate, and the owner of the company called me to ask why didn't I respond to the e-mails she sent back. Spam filter thwarts progress again.After talking to the owner, and explaining the issue, she offered to replace the pad, replace the burnt mattress cover, and pay for any medical bills. I accepted the replacement, which I will inspect thoroughly. She also asked for the old one back and sent a prepaid Fedex label. The only medical expense was a band-aid, the mattress cover is none the worse for the wear so I accepted the replacement pad.So customer Service is 5 (I give it 6 if I could). The owner was very helpful, understanding, and pleasant to deal with.The Mattress pad? I accepted the owners statement that this was really unusual. She said to inspect the pad before using and if any anomaly, call her.The culprit was a heating wire that crossed over itself when it was manufactured. Since you can see the wires on the back of the pad, I can inspect the replacement and make sure no one gets burned.The company that makes the Serta product also makes the product for Beautyrest and Macy's and possibly others. So, whatever brand heated blanket you buy, inspect before using.I had a Sunbeam Heated blanket that died under warranty, and I could not track down the warranty holder. This Serta's manufacturer honored the warranty and was responsive and helpful. That is the reason I accept the replacement.So buy this, examine this, and if it has an issue, at least you know the company will honor the warranty.

Love it! This thing gets warm/hot quick! Doesn't really reach the feet though.

I've had this for several years and still use it. Works as advertised.

Really beautiful looking product and nice to touch, but doesn't function well. Controls didn't work right and unable to have heat at appropriate level as needed. Also, appeared to have spots hotter than others. The pad heated up first night and felt lovely when first got into bed, but unable to change heat level in the night and it shut off when I attempted to reach a lower setting. Tried again for several nights with much frustration with pad shutting off and not restarting. My spouse and I went thru trouble shooting over and over, reconnecting pad and checking everything, but problems persisted and heat would turn off and stay off. Also, the controller settings are hard to see in the dark and since the cord is too short, one has to get out of bed and turn on a light to see what is going on. And once it turns itself off and no longer have any heat, the wires become uncomfortable to lie on. Strangely, the cord that plugs into wall is very long, but the cord that is branched off for the controller is close to the outlet and not the bed. This was very poor design. Sad to say, I can not recommend.
