To just say the product is good would not be adequate (superb, outstanding, exceptional, wonderful, magnificent). I have tried for a long time to fine a product that really worked for me. But now the search is over. This product is not too thin, and not too thick, it's just perfect for me. I am a large person, and a lot of weight is on my feet daily, but when I put these in my shoes, i'ts like I am waking on air or getting a foot massage. They fix perfect in any type of shoe I put on, dress or casual. I will be purchasing more, so I can have a pair in every shoe. I am also going to put a pair in my house shoes :-)

So far I’ve bought five of these! Very comfortable and work great for my flat feet. Really do-able price, too. I now wear these even in my Crocs. The important thing is to never let your feet be unsupported. Your arches won’t flex the wrong direction (down) then. It’s that simple!

Very firm. I use these in my workout shoes. They took some getting used to. The fabric material seems to attract all the cat fur from my socks.

Dr. Koyama Arch is really nice product bought it based on my friends recommendations and do not regret it, it comes it 3 sizes which can be cut accordingly and doesn’t get stuck on base.

Works but a bit thick so not going to work in all of shoes I have. Definitely added some needed cushion that was missing from one of my shoes that I needed to either fix or throw out.

bumps developed on surface of gel pad. not sure if from sneaker and penetrating into foam or foam itself. not sure would purchase again
