What’s the difference between this and the ultra safe?

The all-new GBX Series Boost X features NOCO's latest PX Lithium Technology allowing for maximum power delivery and faster recharge of the unit's internal battery. It adds in a 60-Second Timer to conserve power when jump starting. The GBX delivers more power and can be recharged between each use quickly with the new USB-C Fast Charge feature. We replaced the 12V XGC port with a more powerful USB-C port, capable of powering devices at 60W such as laptops, phones, and tablets. The GB Series Boost features USB charging on all models with 12V fast charging available on the GB70 and larger models. The GB series can power USB devices up to 2.1A with the GB70 and larger models able to power 12V devices up to 15A via the 12V XGC port. Additionally, the GB70 and larger models can also be fast-charged using the NOCO XGC4 AC Power Adapter.

Can this be traveled by plane? I want to take one to mexico.

1) not allowed in checked baggage. 2) must be placed into a LiPo bag when in carry-on (these are available on Amazon) - these bags are designed so if a lithium ion battery gets overheated and transitions to a runaway state, it doesn't affect the other batteries you're carrying and or explodes (at least that's the goal). 3) Each airline has different rules for the individual and cumulative amperage for lithium ion batteries in carry-on baggage. These rules typically apply to a single bag, so if necessary you could distribute the batteries in multiple carry-on bags - and be aware, especially when traveling internationally, some airlines will make you pull out all the batteries and look to confirm that they're in the appropriate LiPo bags.
