I am not understanding the dimension. what does ‎10 x 1 x 0.01 inches mean? what does the 10 refer to? is that inches? the 1 is how far they protrude?

Im not 100% on what that means. But mine are about 1" tall. The diameter of the top round part is about 1" also. I love mine. I actually bought a second set to finish off the other cabinets in all our rooms.

What is the thread size, diameter and pitch?

The screws come with it, and the back is flat, not hollow like some designs. I do not know the thread size. Sorry.
