BTMETER Hard Travel Case Bag for Protect BT-100 Series Handheld Anemometer

Instead of just going by 'feel of hand'. I had been looking, for quite a while. A gauge that measures CFM (cubic feet per minute). So I could make sure I had the proper flow of air. This is important in making a decision while balancing a central heat/air conditioning unit. Or purchasing an adequate bathroom exhaust fan. To mention a few uses. Apparently, I have never had enough of the information. As to what to put in a search engine to find the correct meter. This Digital Anemometer is user-friendly, accurate, and multi-featured. Last but not least. More than a fair price. Often, this kind of item packs a heavier price. Also, I may be revisiting this vendor's stock again. There were other types of meters that drew my interest as well.

If you are traveling with the mentioned anenometer, this is a handy semi-hard shell that holds cables, extra batteries, small field journal or sticky notes, etc. The bitmeter is not a fragile product, but if you are like me and toss all the field stuff into a bag at the end of the day, this will save it from damage. Also handy as a grab-and-go unit with all the pieces . . . now if there were just one with a space for a tripod. Or maybe a tripod mount on the case for table top mounting? Can't have it all, I guess. :-)

Needed one to protect my gear! Works well

Nice unit for the price. I use it for checking wind conditions for kite flying. I guess wind is supposed to come into the back of the unit in the direction of the white arrow that is on top of the meter. Some reviews say it doesn’t matter which direction the wind goes into the unit. The vanes spin in both directions and there is a readout for either spin directions?

I use this thing to test the air flow of inlet and outlet air on a automatic powder coating booth, not sure on direct accuracy but it seems to be in the ball park

The zipper pull sustained incidental damage, when manufactured, which was the obvious damage. Unzipping the case for the third (or fourth) time, the zipper jumped track and rendered the case as unserviceable.
