No, it is definitely not the same. I have both in front of me right now and can compare. The powerful menthol feeling of Rohto Z! is not found in this product. Also, it has different ingredients. If you like Rohto Z! as I do, this will disappoint.

How much time to have an expiration date?

If there is no expiration date stamped on the box, I guess there is none. I buy mine at a very busy pharmacy and products either sell or get moved out. I've used these for 25 years and never gave it a thought. I like the 'green cap' formula.
