Does it work for Craft foam?

It cut through craft foam like butter. I cut 200 pieces with the 25mm one with no problem. I did similar numbers with the others and it worked great with the craft foam.

What are these sizes in english or us 8mm, 15mm and 25 mm ? not good in math help..

8mm is .31496 of an inch or 5/16ths 15mm is .59055 of an inch or just short of 5/8s 25mm is .98425 of an inch or 1 inch

I need a true 15 mm punch. Not a 16 or 15.9. Is the description accurate?

I found the 15mm punch to be 15.82mm.

can this be used to cut fabric?

Yes, this punch works on fabric. I tried it on a piece of muslin (see video clip). The edges were a bit rough, but if you use a lightweight interface with your fabric, it may create cleaner punched edges.
