I purchased this agility ladder to improve my son’s footwork and cardio, and it’s honestly one of the simplest yet most effective training tools I’ve ever used. The ladder comes with durable, adjustable rungs that lie flat and stay in place during workouts. The straps are strong and haven’t twisted or tangled, even after being tossed around in a gym bag. Super lightweight and easy to roll up. It comes with a carrying bag, which makes it perfect for taking to the park, field, or gym.

Nice ladder. Great carrying case. Can get easily tangled the way it is stored but once you get the hang of it it’s not a problem. Great value for the price.

Good for youth practicing

My kids have been using these for their lacrosse and soccer training. Well made and good price. If u use these, they will make you more agile and give you or your kids quicker feet. I can see it already in my kids.

Gets tangled and once tangled it is hard to undo. Unless you have a great place to store this, I don’t recommend.
