Q: Where I can find the hard ware to replace bolts and washers for these chairs?

I would imagine they're fairly standard bolts and washers. I recommend just taking a sample or two to home depot and finding bolts and washers that match. You can find the right size and length while you're at home depot or take a picture of the instruction manual. They usually include the dimensions of bolts and washers. If those searches fail, then I've called the manufacturers number on the instruction manual for other pieces of furniture assemblies, told them what I was missing and they sent replacements in a couple weeks. If you don't want to wait then home depot or Lowe's should have what you need. Good luck!

Hmmm. They're plastic and sturdy. Not sure if legs would ruse upon getting wet though. Legs are metal.

Chair cushions wouldn’t work with the design or look of these chairs. They are surprisingly comfortable. However you might want to look for a different style if you tend to sit for long periods in them.
