Not sure if this has been stored badly in the warehouse or what, but like others experienced, the flashing adhesion was virtually non-existent.As I needed to seal a previously used shed, I had to use flashing to seal the cut felt on the roof, so I had to drive to a local DIY store to buy bitumen paint and a brush to be able to add adhesion to this product.I highly recommend avoiding this product if you are relying on it actually being self-adhesive, as it may not be.

I use it for lots of jobs around the garden I sealed a leaking gutter that was dripping onto my conservatory roof and making so much noise I couldn’t hear the tv. I sealed my shed roof with a patch when you stick it on, add heat either from a gas torch or a paint gun as it helps give it a much better bond.

I used this to do a quick repair on the bottom corners of my wooden chicken house where they are leaking slightly. Did the job perfectly. Sticks really well and bends easily, just make sure you clean the area of dust/dirt first. Really easy to use, just cut it then peal off the backing. Brilliant price and very quick delivery. Would definitely use again.

I bought this as it was described as self adhesive so I could easily seal around the leaking skylight of my campervan. When I went to use it there was barely any adhesion at all, and not just to the (cleaned) metal surface of the van, but no tackiness to the adhesive backing either when I touched it. I'd like to think I received a faulty product that had lost it's adhesion otherwise this is completely nothing like its description.
