Awesome sumper
I purchased this pump aug. 2021 for a septic tank that caved in. Ive been using this to pump from the old septic to new tank I purchased. I could not find anyone to bury my new tank until recently. So it’s been in the old septic since the day I received it. Today is July 2022 and I finally put it out of service cleaned it for storage. Pump worked flawlessly, I did have to pull it twice due to leaves, mostly it pushed them through but twice wasn’t bad for the length of time it was pumping. Would I recommend this, most definitely. It is a powerful pump so secure it or lean it against something solid because it will blow itself over. But it pumped my old tank in about 2 to 3 min so I’m happy with the quality of it and will buy from this company in the future.

Pump switches faulty
Bought two pumps and neither of them have operating auto on switches and have to be tapped or bumped to turn on. Completely defeating the purpose of these pumps.

Good for money but wouldn't buy again.
I bought this 3.5years ago when I originally moved in and our basement was flooding due to the previous one being burned out. It got the job done, but I've run into a few problems. In my area the sump pump basin contains dirt and gravel and when it got really dry last summer the pit dried completely out. Normally not a big deal, but when it rained again the unit failed to pump due to not being able to prime. The reason it couldn't prime was the weep hole was impacted with mud. Due to radon in our area my unit is completely sealed and I have to go through a lot to get the pump out, checked, and then put back in. Last night it just died after 3.5 years of use. I will be looking for one with better design features and better warranty so that I do not have to do this again.
