Lovely, sleek & fully covered. I wish it was a more rubbery, but it's a nice cover & I feel it's going to protect my phone way better than the thin glass like screen protectors which always break and I feel have made my real screen more prone to cracking. This is honestly a good phone, but if you don't have the right protector it will break a lot & that of course makes it a poor investment. I will update again in 2 months.

I like it, but I don't at the same time. This case is definitely sturdy and will protect my phone, but it literally took me over 30 minutes to put the case on. The coners of the case that goes over the first part is so stiff and that was hard to put over the corner of the first piece. Now I'm afraid to ever take the case off because it's going to be such a struggle putting it on. Also the buttons on the sides are hard to press. You really have to press down on it. Otherwise, it fits, its snug, screen is still very responsive, and it seems like its going to protect my phone well.

I needed a new case for basic protection of my phone. My search was for something rose gold. I love the hint of rose gold that borders the phone. It's not too loud. For anyone only looking at the initial photo, it is good to note that the entire case is not rose gold. It's a clear case with a rose gold border. I had no issues with this, but for those who may be looking for a full rose gold case, it's good to note. The case is light, it went on easily and should get the job done. My phone does not fall often or is not put under much pressure, so I think this should work for me.

FYI, it's a bit challenging to put on. You will need a tool to push in the last corner when placing the back cover on, very tight.

I'm surprisingly shocked that this case has held up nicely. I've dropped my phone several times with no cracks or issues. The only thing is it gets dirt inside of the case & I have to open it to clean a couple times a week. But other than that, two thumbs up!

I hate the redesign of this product. I wish I'd purchased another of the old version before they stopped selling it. I absolutely loved the original case. It was flexible, and protected my Galaxy Note 9 from any damage at all for the last 4 years. Not even the screen has ever so much as been nicked. The best part is that it was still easy to take apart for cleaning my phone. The case itself suffered a good bit of damage and was pretty cracked (see photo) but still always protected my phone even when it fell on concrete or asphalt. I decided finally to get another of the same case, and was incredibly disappointed. It's not even the same product and looks nothing like the product picture. The only way to tell it's even close is that it's in the metallic rose color I ordered. I wanted to post a picture of the new one but didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to take it off and put it back on after all the struggle I went through earlier. The case is an absolute nightmare to put on. I feel like I'm damaging my phone trying to wrestle the weird rubber plastic sleeve over the plastic casing parts. There are lips on the corners that catch the rubber as you're trying to slide it on and you can't stretch it enough to get it over the lip without using a screwdriver as leverage, which is terrible and could scratch my phone. For those who are wondering, yes, I followed the instructions exactly. I can't even begin to fathom why you'd design a product like this. The original case didn't have this weird sleeve thing, it was just two pieces that fastened well together. It's still not on correctly and I feel like I'm going to destroy my phone if I keep fiddling with it. I'm requesting a refund.

I like that the corners really protect the phone but it does not look as glowy as it appears on the picture, the colour is very ,very light the plastic part looked as if its old but i guess thats how it is,it does the job anyways.
