Crystallized Ginger

I had purchased this at Costco, but when I went back, I couldn't find it - so bought it at Amazon. I really like this stuff. You can make it yourself, but this is easier and probably more consistent. It's very ginger-y - has some bite.

This is great to add to smoothies and to flavor water. I wish they sold the uncrystallized one also.

Too much sugar.

This ginger was an absolute lifesaver. After eight months of chemo and radiation my stomach was in havoc. I had great doctors and we tried every prescription possible to help my stomach. We tried everything. Then I heard about crystallized ginger and I tried it. It was an absolute heaven sent. It helped my stomach issues tremendously. Even now a year after chemo I eat this ginger if my stomach gets upset. I chose this brand as I had been so pleased with this brand before in dried mangos. I believe this to be the best brand for dried fruit.

Please bring this product back! The ginger is so soft and taste. Just the right amount of heat. Such a great value. I so miss this item.

I like this better than others I have tried, but would like it even better if it weren't quite so sweet. A lot of sugar.

Well this is a surprise! I was disappointed that I had mistakenly ordered NONCRYSTALLIZED ginger and expected I would not like it. But it is delicious, tender, just sweet enough. I will be ordering again.
