I bought a double camera strap harness because I often need quick access to more than one camera when on the job. The harness came with two camera attachment plates which was fine, except I have more than two cameras. It became a pain to constantly have to remove the attachment plates from one camera and place it on another. Fortunately these camera attachment plates are sold as a separate item so I bought two more. I like them because they are wide and the design relieves strain on the camera attachment screw. The plate screws are tapped one quarter twenty so if you need to put the camera on a tripod or a mono-pod you can. One end of the plate accepts an the strap hook the other end of the plate accepts a strap if you don't want to go the hook route. These plates are rugged and do the job well. I will probably get a few more of these as I want all of my cameras configured the same. These are an excellent device and I recommend them to all photographers
