Can the tab be removed without tearing the page if need to reposition the tab?

They are very easy to work with. Can take off and reposition them. I would do it very carefully since Bible paper is so thin

The last page of the tabs do not stick. 2 peter through revelation. when i attempt to pull the tabs up, there is a hard nonstick feel. is that normal?
