Best Moisturizer & Clears ECZEMA FAST! TIPS & BONUS USES
After wasting money on many supermarket and expensive brands, this is the only one that really works! I don't have eczema, but another friend does, who first told me about this product. I do have dry skin, though, whenever I over wash my hands due to chores, repairs or taking care of family, and the dry indoor heat or coldness of winter weather. My friend with eczema swears by this. She's tried other brands and even prescriptions, which have side effects (steroids thin the skin and is bad for your immunity). When her skin had cracks or is itchy, she applies it, and it heals up within a few days. She uses it also as maintenance daily, to prevent future outbreaks or skin cracking. There's the regular "Aveeno Eczema Therapy" in a tube, but it stings at first if you have any cracks in the skin, which subsides after a few minutes, but it works faster with sealing up cracks. I love this product because it's very rich, but not too greasy. It doesn't sting if you have skin cracks, and is gentler and still works well, but it takes a little bit longer. It's even more effective than the regular "Aveeno Baby Eczema Care" creme in a tube. I prefer jars because there's always some product left in a tube. You can't squeeze out what's left at the bottom, and have to cut the tube apart to get at it. AMAZON HAS THE BEST PRICE, that I've seen online or off. It's also available in the Baby Section only at stores like supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., but this is the lowest price. SUBSCRIBE, and you can save even more. DO NOT BUY ANY GENERICS! They don't work! I've tried buying them, since it looked like they had the same ingredients, and costs less, but they are simply not efficacious. USE WATER TO KEEP MOISTURE IN: Surprisingly enough, it's not the moisturizer per se that keeps your skin hydrated, it's water. For example, think of a grape (full, plump with water, juicy), versus a prune (a dried out grape). Moisturizer provides a physical barrier to keep your skin hydrated. Of course, a moisturizer's ingredients can also make it a superior or inferior product. The Aveeno Eczema line has colloidal oatmeal, which is soothing, and healing to the skin. HOW TO USE WATER WITH MOISTURIZER: Wet the application areas with water first (I run my hands lightly under the tap), so the product will absorb faster (water hydrates when mixed with moisturizer), and it won't be greasy. Your skin will feel non-greasy, and not wet within a few minutes. Use a paper towel or tissues to lightly wipe off the excess, and you can use your hands right away. I find that this method keeps my skin hydrated more effectively and longer. YOU'LL USE LESS CREAM WITH WATER: I use only a tablespoon size, and spread it all over my hands, and along my forearms and elbows. Water thins and spreads out the cream more easily. You can use it on DRY, CRACKED FEET, too. Apply it throughout the day after you wash your hands and before bed, and you'll never get dry skin or eczema outbreaks again! (Per me and my circle of friends). BUY SEVERAL JARS, and scatter around them the house, like the bathrooms, kitchen, work areas, etc. BONUS USES: 1. INSECT BITES: A friend reported that it even works in a pinch to help alleviate bug bites that she's gotten (fleas from animal rescue, mosquitoes, etc). Wash the area or use an alcoholic sanitizer or baby wipes to clean the bite area first. Then spread on Aveeno, if you don't have an antihistamine topical product handy. ALOE VERA GEL FROM THE PLANT also has miraculous healing powers with insect bites, burns, skin rashes, etc. You just cut a small piece at an angle, open it up with scissors along the leaf's seam, and apply the gel. You can wrap a bandage or strip of clean cloth lightly over the area to keep the gel in place, if you want. The cut plant area will close by itself within a day. Aloe vera is sold cheap at supermarkets, nurseries, etc., at under $10. The gel feels cool and soothing to the skin. The plant is superior to any packaged product. DO NOT SCRATCH THE ITCH! IF YOU IGNORE IT, IT'LL DISAPPEAR by itself within a few hours. Trust me, it really works with mosquito bites. I used to itch for days, until I stopped scratching it. Distract yourself by watching tv, reading or using your cell to ignore the itch, and just lightly apply your best anti-itch remedy (DO NOT RUB or you'll stimulate the histamines from the bite). Anytime that you're tempted to scratch, apply your remedy instead. THE BEST THINGS TO STOP ITCHING FAST (In order of effectiveness) are: 1) Anti-histamine topical product 2) Aloe vera gel from the plant (also heals the skin) 3) Aveeno creme (also heals the skin) 4) Alcoholic rub 2. SKIN RASHES: A friend of mine said she was by herself with the baby one day, stuck with no car and husband away, when the diaper creme had run out in the evening. She applied Aveeno several times, and the rash disappeared the next morning. Another friend used Aveeno for a strange rash that showed up on her arm when she accidentally brushed against some plants when hiking, and it disappeared within a few hours. She washed the area first, then applied the cream. Of course, it's best to use a product designed for rashes, especially for babies. And get any mysterious rash checked out by a doctor. Btw, I don't get compensated for any of my reviews. I wanted to give a recommendation for a fantastic moisturizer that I've been using for several years.

The only thing that cleared my kid's skin!
My two-year-old has suffered from mild eczema from the day they was born. We have tried probably a dozen creams/remedies and the poor kid just breaks out over and over. When we tried an OTC cortizone and it wasn't clearing her up, I felt helpless and defeated. I was ready to call the Dr to get a prescription (which, hey, thank goodness modern medicine has options!) but found this online and bought some as a last-ditch effort. It is the ONLY thing that has cleared their skin up and keeps it clear if we apply it right away! The cream is luxurious and the smell is very mild/non-irritating. It makes their skin so very soft and they stop itching when we put it on. We treat bid patches aggressively and apply this 2x a day, and for maintenance we apply once after every bath/shower. It is not sticky, but it is just a little bit greasy and will stain clothes if you put a huge glob on and then light fabric (like cotton) touch it before it soaks in the skin. Once it soaks in, it feels amazing on your skin! Everybody is different, but for us this is "the one"! We bought the giant tub and plan to repruchase whenever we run out. We keep the small jar in a diaper bag and swim bag for on-the-go.

I have always hated winter. Not because of the cold, but because of what it does to my skin. I am 45 years old, which means I have lived through 44 winters of extreme dryness, itching, peeling, and sometimes even bleeding skin. That is how severe it gets for me. Over the years, I have tried everything. Shea butter. Oils. Layering lotions. Expensive creams. Drugstore creams. I would use EOS lotion, then layer with body oil, then layer with shea butter just to feel slightly comfortable. I have tried nearly 20 different brands in the last two years alone trying to repair my damaged skin barrier. Nothing worked. Then I stumbled upon Aveeno Eczema Relief Cream after hearing someone on YouTube recommend it as a face cream for women of color. At the time, my skin barrier was severely inflamed and reactive. I took a chance and bought one tub. Within three days, my skin barrier was completely repaired. When I say completely, I mean completely. For over a year, my skin had been inflamed and hypersensitive. I had tried Vaseline, countless creams, luxury brands, barrier creams, hyaluronic acid serums โ nothing calmed my skin. Aveeno was the only product that did not irritate me and actually restored my skin. I have now purchased seven tubs in the last six months. I have bought it for my husband, my daughter, my son, and of course for myself. I started using it on my face, and it is hands down the most moisturizing face cream I have ever used. I recently finished La Merโs Soft Moisturizing Cream, which I liked. I have used Augustinus Bader, Chanel, and many others. Some were nice. Some were heavily fragranced. Some were simply not moisturizing enough. Aveeno beats them all for hydration and comfort. When winter started this year, I applied it after a shower and my skin literally drank it up. I immediately went on Amazon and ordered two backup tubs. That is how impressed I was. The shocking part? I can now use Aveeno alone without layering oils. I still layer sometimes because I already own body oils, but I do not need them. My skin stays moisturized on its own. Even my hair loves it. My hair gets extremely dry in winter, and on a whim I applied a small amount. Game changer. I now use it on my hair, skin, nails, lips, and even my very dry feet. I usually need weekly pedicures to manage heavy calluses, but this cream has made a visible difference in softness. I recently had microneedling done two weeks ago, and normally I would peel heavily afterward. I applied three layers of this cream. I did peel, but not dramatically. My skin remained deeply hydrated throughout the healing process, and the final result was phenomenal. I have thrown out my hyaluronic acid. I have cleared out most of my other creams. I am finishing up the luxury ones I already paid for, but Aveeno is now my staple. I rarely write reviews. I only do when I am truly impressed. This product is not just for babies. It is an incredible face and body cream for adults with dry, compromised, or winter-stressed skin. If you struggle with severe dryness, do yourself a favor and try this. Five stars is not enough. This is 100 out of 5.

This balm has saved this adult babies skin!
This balm is a lifesaver! I have been using it now for about 4 years and stumbled upon it because I needed to spend some FSA money and now I cannot live without it. I have ichthyosis and between this balm and the Salux Japanese bath towel my skin is in the best shape it has ever been. It has no fragrance and is thick and creamy and a little goes a long way. I need a new tub around every 4-6 months as an adult. If you are using this for a wee one it will definitely last you a good long while.

NUMBER ONE FOR BABY
I swear I tried everything before this all different creams, lotions, prescriptions, you name it and nothing worked consistently for my sonโs eczema. I felt like I was constantly chasing flare-ups and watching him be uncomfortable, especially at night. Then we tried Aquaphor Eczema Therapy for babies, and it has honestly been a game changer. Within just a couple of days, I noticed his skin wasnโt as red or irritated, and over time it actually started to heal instead of just temporarily improving. Itโs thick enough to really protect his skin but still gentle, and I love that it doesnโt seem to sting or bother him when I put it on. What really sold me is how quickly it calms his flare-ups now. Instead of feeling like Iโm trying a โnew thing of the week,โ this is the one product I actually trust and keep going back to. His skin looks healthier, he seems more comfortable, and I finally feel like we found something that works. If youโre in the same cycle of trying everything and getting nowhere, this might be the one worth sticking with.

Helped with dry patches and redness
Iโve been using this on my kids and liked how moisturizing and gentle it feels on the skin. My child sometimes gets redness and dry patches on the back, especially when the skin gets irritated or dry, and applying this before bedtime helped keep the area feeling moisturized and looking less dry by the next day. Iโm giving it 4 stars because it does feel a little thick and can take some time to fully absorb after applying. The good part is that it is fragrance free and doesnโt have a strong scent, which I prefer for sensitive skin products. A little goes a long way and the container should last for quite a while.

My Babyโs Skin Loves This Cream
This has been the best cream I have ever used for my babyโs sensitive skin. I have tried different products, but this is the one that has helped my babyโs eczema the most. It keeps the skin soft, moisturized, and looking much healthier. I love how gentle and effective it is, and I donโt plan on switching to another cream. I even use it on my own skin because it feels so soothing and moisturizing. This has become a must-have in our daily routine, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a gentle cream for sensitive skin.

Must have for travel - TSA approved size
As an adult who has dealt with eczema on and off for years, I originally bought Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Nighttime Moisturizing Balm for travel, but it has honestly become a staple in my routine. First, the texture is rich and balm-like, yet it does not feel greasy or heavy on the skin. It melts in nicely and creates a protective barrier that actually lasts overnight. I use it on dry patches around my hands, elbows, and sometimes on irritated areas during flare-ups. By morning, the redness and itching feel noticeably calmer. I really appreciate that it contains colloidal oatmeal and ceramide. The oatmeal gives almost instant soothing relief when my skin feels inflamed, and the ceramide helps lock in moisture so my skin does not dry out again within a few hours. It is fragrance-free, which is a must for my sensitive skin. No stinging, no strong scent, and no irritation. Even though it is marketed for babies, it works just as well for adult eczema. The 1 oz travel size is perfect for keeping in a purse or carry-on, especially during colder months when dry air makes everything worse. If you are an adult with mild to moderate eczema or stubborn dry patches, this is absolutely worth trying. It is a small container, but a little goes a long way. I will definitely be repurchasing, and next time I will likely go for the full size.

Muy buen producto
A la primer aplicaciรณn la textura es grasosa y poco ligera, pero se absorbe fรกcil y rรกpido. Ayuda a calmar la piel irritada. Si eres una persona que tiende a sudar, no te la recomiendo.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE
Few dollars more and you get a massive container at superstore! Not worth buying this off here, donโt waste your money. The product works wonders though!
