Seems well made, simple install
I purchased this faucet to replace a similar model that was made by KES. Unfortunately, the KES sprayer hose started leaking at the faucet stem and being a crappy company, there are no parts available to repair it. I can't say the same thing won't happen with this Homary product, time will tell. I will be sure to update my review if any issues arise, but for now it's nothing but rainbows and unicorns. Again it looks well made (better than the KES) and functions well too. Fingers crossed.Update:One year on and this faucet is going strong. No issues what so ever, with daily use and cleaning it shows no sign of wear or corrosion. Pretty happy. I did a lot of research prior to purchase and this faucet has it all and is the best bang for the buck.

Spray sometimes gets stuck in the on position and needs a few presses to turn off
Otherwise a great product.

Much stronger spray
I bought this to replace another brand that had a sprayer that slowly got weaker and weaker. The old faucet did not have a valve at the end of the pot filler. Instead, it had a very small check valve inside the top of the vertical stem that would shut off the pot filler when the sprayer handle was squeezed. With time, this check valve built up calcium deposits or possibly just trash in the line resulting in very low flow and sticking in the sprayer position. With no way to take the check valve apart and no replacement parts past 5 years, it became useless. This model uses valves at the end of both the pot filler and sprayer that are much larger and should be useful for a much longer period. The sprayer is very strong (particularly with the pot filler valve closed) and we normally have to open the main valve at the base of the stem only part way to control the spray splash. The only negative is that the 2 hoses running from the faucet to the house valves are noticeably shorter than I am use to seeing. I had to buy a couple of extension hoses and connectors. Now that I have tried this new faucet at the chapel for 3 weeks and proved its worth, I will need to get another one for my kitchen at home.

Nice but USED?
When I opened the box to take inventory of the parts all was there but when I picked up the unit water came out of the hose! A "new" faucet that come with water already installed????? What a deal, free water. Amazon, if you are selling returned items please let me know in advance. All else was fine. Also, the main controller can be mounted so it is on the front, I found it to be more convenient.

Not a bad faucet, but terrible customer service!
No major complaints about the faucet itself, however the customer service is horrible and so I can't recommend it due to that! Reality is that parts can go bad on anything, however! how a company stands by their products with parts and service can make or break the whole customer experience! What should have been a simple issue was made into a complex issue with the company simply saying... Sorry, can't help you! deal with it yourself! Therefore as a homeowner I can NOT recommend their products for the long term!
